What happens if I don’t use my time one year?You can trade it for another year, or if space is available double up one year and stay 2 weeks!

Is there a renewal after 5 years?You’ll have first right of renewal, with flexible upgrade options for long-term supporters.

Is this a legal ownership share?This is a vacation use license, not a deeded property share. You don’t own land, but you have secured access and perks for 5 years.

Can I invest more than once?Yes. Additional €10,000 units can be purchased, extending your stay benefits or allowing you to host family and friends simultaneously.
